Tuck-in service for after-hours admissions

Newly admitted residents are seen by a tele-clinician on arrival, helping them get off to a strong start in the facility and begin a thorough care plan.

ED transfer management

When a transfer is needed, tele-clinicians coordinate it, including peer-to-peer discussion with the ED physician on the requested workup, with the goal of returning the resident to the facility when appropriate.
